Fourtrak Rear Axle

Forum: 

We have a 1997 Daihatsu Fourtrak which seems to have a worn-out rear diff.

We have been looking for a few months for a replacement axle, but have been unable to find one (I think it needs to be the wider axle, and the coil-spring version?). Does anyone have any idea of where to get hold of one? Alternatively, would the diff from an earlier car fit?

Try Andy Carter 01981 550444 (Vowchurch Herefordshire). He has a lot of Daihatsu 4x4 spares and is pretty reasonable,also has 18 yrs experience of working on them,

I belive the diffs to be interchaingable, but can't garentee it.
