Lost My Bearings
Input shaft bearings need specialised equipment to remove and reinstall them along with their crush seals; basically get a good second hand axle or take it to an axle specialist with the specialised tools for your Daihatsu.
This is not a back yard repair, even as an experienced engineer who has access to the necessary equipment, i still avoid them wherever possible.
