Had the same some years back with the 3 stage dampers. Replaced both rears with those available from Milners, excellent. I don't think you can get the 3 stage ones now and if you could the prices would be silly.

Theres lots and lots of secondhand scrappie vehicles out there, you just have to find one, ebay is as good a place as any to start looking. Or if you want new look up procomp shocks.
