Found out its a problem with (4 flashes Water Temperature sensor -check Water temp. sensor and circuit.)
just don't know which is the water sensor now! had a look on here and apparantly it's underneath the dizzy?
there's two small pipe things with the clips on that connect into the underneath of the dizzy, one sort of above the other. is this it?

that is the sensor you want.
It will have a few a pair of wire's to a green socket, you'll need a mirror to see it. but it is by/below the dizzy cap, which the manual say's has to come off. but I managed to do it without removing it by using a deep reach socket and rachet.
