Hi, I have a 1994 2765 cc Fourtrak Independent TDX F78. The four wheel drive will not work in manual or when i press the button. There is no drive out of the front transfer box and no lights will illuminate. I have been looking at some of the similar problems within the forum. When i move the manual lever into 4x drive does it move the idler gear in the transfer box or is it the servo that moves the idler gear. If so, it looks as if i may have a VRV problem. There appeares to be no air leaks. Also, i can only find one VRV not two as mentioned in the work shop manual.

Can anybody give me a quick run down on the operation of the manual selection lever and what the micro switches on the transfer box control. Thanks.
