I don't think there will be many interchangeable parts as they are both based on different cars!

The Grand Move is based on the old model Charade and the Move on the Cuore.

The Move is made under licence by Perodua as the Kenari, there may some interchangeable parts, but I'm sure it has a different front end and headlights.

Re the head/side light parts your looking for, I think you'll just have to put in wanted ad in classified and keep an eye on ebay.
