i have recently bought an N reg sport track and i am intending to mod it to a good off road standard, when browsing the forum these are main things that popped up,

1)suspension lift

Most people seem to to give them a 2 inch lift however i came across an article saying that a one inch lift is best (due to emergency breaking and rolling), can anybody elaborate. also trying to find a good inexpensive source for the lifting shackels?

2) Tyres

as i will be using it on road aswell, i was going to get i was going to get to AT tyres for the front and two MT's for the back. i currently have 70/225/r15 fitted and would idealy like to keep them this size as not to effect the speedo.

3) Bash Plate

i currently have the stock one fitted and is S*** so can i buy an after market one, or would i have to get one frabricated?

4) rock sliders

any opinions as to if i need them or not and pros and cons

would very much appriciate any opinions/ suggestions
