If any of you fancy a nice scenic run in the countryside I arrange 4x4 green lane and scenic runs mainly in the North Wales and Peak District areas of Derbyshire. We do runs at least 3 times a month mainly on Sundays.

The runs are all suitable for standard 4x4 vehicles and are not car damaging.

They take in tracks, old Drovers roads / Roman Roads / etc that go over mountains with some superb views and scenery.
All tracks etc have been checked for vehicular rights.
Some river crossings / fords too which are suitable for standard vehicles.

An example of a run is this one which is on March 21. Starts from the A5 Corwen at 09.45 uses a ford then a scenic high mountain track to 2200ft, then lunch at Vyrnwy Dam, fords / green lanes after, then a stop at a 240ft high waterfall, more easy green lanes with superb scenery to finish at the A5 in Llangollen.
