I have just purchased a 1994 Sportrak with a not so good engine and have managed to find a replacement, thats where my troubles begin!! In my haste i have purchased a carb model engine (mine is an inj) i have transfered some parts fine however the carb one hasn't got an oil cooler, does the shaft that the oil filter connects to just un-screw (cause the one with cooler is longer)? And the other major problem i have is there's a sensor on the inj model (green, by the dizzy cap) and something else on the carb engine, either 18 or 19mm, how do they un-do?? left or right thread because i am only going to break them!!!!
