Scrap motors.
Scrap yards ... yellow pages/internet on yell.com and search for phone numbers.
Unhinged
Remove the door hinges, clamp them to a flat plate, remove the pin; drill out the complete bracket with a drill slightly larker to make the hole round again. Tap in a c-pin, or roll pin, instant repair.
Ensure you are careful to correctly align the hinges before drilling, and that roll pins are available in your size of drilled hole.
It is possible to do it on the vehicle, but would not suggest it.
