Hi,

In the UK a have bought a dl52 engine for my landrover (sorry!). There was no voltageregulator included so I bought one in the Netherlands.

The problem is the connection. The voltage regulator is a New Era AVR589 and has 6 wires comming out of it.

Three I connected to the denso alternator (White/green, White/Blue and White/Black). I believe these are correct.

How should I connect the three remaining wires (a 'thick' white, a thick 'White/Yellow' and a 'thin' White/red)?

Does anyone have some instruction about how to messure whether everything is fine (voltage, current, ..)
