Hi can any one tell me if the cranksharft from a 1987 n/a diesel fourtrak will fit in a 1986 turbo diesel engine, they look the same but we dont want to get it all to bits and find it dont fit. The crank in the TD is scored and we have a normal diesel engine already out. We were thinking of fitting new main bearing and big end shells, the ones in the TD are no good but the other ones look ok, how much are these likely to cost and where is the best place to go?
