one of my rear heated window connectors is missing - does anyone know where i can get a replacement? The metal connector has also come away from the window and is missing as well.

Conductive epoxy
Back in my days at Matra Marconi Space, the guys in the clean room used to be in great demand as suppliers of 'H20E' silver-loaded epoxy.
The stuff used to go out of date fairly quickly, so there was usually plenty of surplus going begging to repair heated rear windows.
You will have to do a google search on H20E, but I bet the stuff is now not made. I know that RS components do their noddy version of silver loaded epoxy and that car spares shops sometimes stock it, specifically for the repair of heated rear screens.
