my new four trak

Hi
i've just brought my third dihatsu and its a real bargin,an M reg Rocky! but i need help with the following:
1. i need to get a bull bar for it possibly one that can accomodate a winch.
2. i spent hours stuck in a field the other night as the auto locking hubs didn't engage. is this an easy one to fix?
