Hi preety new to this, I have 1997 charade which has just failed it's emmision test.
I know that its not the CAT or exhaust as the whole thing was replaced only a week ago. No warning lights come on which i hope is good.

The results of the test are as follows
fast idle test
CO level 1.01% FAIL
HC level 169 ppm pass
Lambada 1.00 pass

Second Fast Idle test
CO level 1.01% FAIL
HC level 152 ppm PASS
Lambada 1.01 PASS

Natural Idle Test
CO level 1.23% FAIL

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated, havnt tried anything as i really have no idea where to start
