Forum:
Hi Everyone,
Rally2 has finally been sold to another Redditch resident called Russell Fletcher who says he used to be a member - I gave him the Web -site address and maybe he will communicate .
I think £1600 isn't too bad in the present economic climate especially as I paid £2200 two years ago (53 Plate 79k).
Anyway the car was great fun (and scary) and I enjoyed the Forum - thanks to BobF for his advice and kind final words!!
Cheers
Jonathan Wilson

Thanks for keeping me updated
Thanks for keeping me updated with the sale, Just a shame I couldn't get the money together any faster, Really like that colour.
Cheers.
My own update...
As i will be using the car I buy for the odd driving lesson (I've already got some Sirion He-man dual controls here),
It may be wiser (and easier to buy) for me to go for a 1.3SL, due to the lower insurance group 8. I can sort the wheels / suspension can be done to rally spec very easy and the power difference is minor once a few underbonnet things are done. All i would really be missing is the seat embroidered logos and the leather wrapped steering wheel/gear knob!
Seen a nice low mileage 1.3SL, but in that very light metallic blue, my least favorite colour.
Will see though, will still prefer a genuine Rally if the price and car condition is right.
