Forum:
Are the special Ferodo pads specific to the Rally still available?
If so are they Daihatsu dealer only, or will Ferodo supply them direct cheaper?
I found them to be very good pads, Only downside was that they were disc eaters (which at least proves they were aggressive pads!) Needed new pair of discs at the same time as changing original pads. (at about 20,000 miles i think it was)
I suspect most Rally's will just be on standard aftermarket Sirion pads these days.
I'm aware there are other so called "performance" brands available, but the Ferodos performed so well i wouldn't want to risk being disapointed if i went for something else. I would never use EBC pads again after past experiences with other cars. Have found Mintex recently are also nothing to rave about (and poorly made), compared to what they used to be.
