It doesn't have the MPG functions of the scangauge, but the visual appearance is much nicer (and steal-worthy).
Some of the other OBD tools to compare are Dashdaq, Edge Insight and Kiwi...
I can't afford any at the moment, just thought it may be useful for other on forum...

Good Find there. Personally I would stick with the Scangauge as it's an over all useful tool for everyday use. The one you have spotted looks like it's more for the performance enthusiast
Beside the Scangauge and others have a useful code checker for the ECU which you then know if you have a problem. And clear the error as well
Also the Scangauge is a lot cheaper
