Can anyone please tell me how to resync. a remote locking fob to my '05 Sirion?
There are many instructions for doing this on the internet, some general and some Japanese model specific, unfortunately none for Daihatsu that I've found. All consist of a sequence of ignition key turning and fob button pressing but no two are the the same!

It seems that I was premature in asking for help with this as I've since had another trawl through the '05 Sirion workshop manual and have found the instructions for remote fob syncing on this car - they call it 'registration'.

Thanks to YRV Tony for referring me to his previous post on the subject, which describes a procedure that is similar but not identical to that shown in the '05 'Sirion manual.
