The Terios is the newest dedicated 4x4 from Daihatsu. It has a 1.3 petrol engine and is in permanent 4 wheel drive. It may not look like the most capable 4WD vehicle in the world, but it is said to be suprising where the little thing can go!

Released in 1998 the Terios seemed to come out just as the Sportrak vanish so it is thought of as a Sportrak replacement.

The Terio's standard features include power steering, central locking, five doors and stereo radio cassette whilst safety features include drivers air bag, side impact beams and an impact-sensing door lock release system.
