Hi

This is my first post, though I've owned my Hijet for 18 months now.

I definitely need a front tyre as it's very low on tread, and the two others I think need changing, look like new but have cracks to the sidewalls

I have been to all my local tyre outlets, and the best quote so far is £49.68 fitted.

Tyres Direct 01582 585845 have 4 of them.

Actually, they quoted me delivery on 10th Jan, so I looked around for some elsewhere. I managed to get a set of 3, plus an odd one from another supplier, so, job done.

Anyway the guy at Tyres Direct had put his nose out of joint to find me some and he rang up saying that he had 4 being delivered the next day.

My question is simple. Can I put 15 inch rims / ET10 / 7 inches wide?

I've been digging around (pun sortof intended) for a decent set of winter tyres. Yep, thought I, it's time to flash out for a set of Grabber AT2s for my 'trak.

Guys (and girls), if you want some of the best tyres for road/offroad use, get 'em quick.

Hi all.I have a 1999 SWB Fourtrak fitted with the original steel wheels. I bought a set of Daihatsu alloys for it but didnt get the wheel nuts.When i tried to fit them the nuts from the steel wheels wont do as they are not long enough to get a socket on them .Anybody out there know where i can get a set for the alloys.

i have a 1998 fourtrak tdx and on it are alloy rims with 255 x 70 x r15 on them but for winter what is the narrowest tyres with if necessary other rims i can fit on my fourtrak

Can anyone help? What alloy size fits on a Daihatsu Hi-jet Efi? Tried Mini, VW, Ford etc but find the hub on the van wheel is too wide. Any advice appreciated thanks.

Just trying to remember the correct factory Rally 2/4 tyre size.

Pretty sure it is 175/50/15 75H? And the alloys are a oddball 6J rather than the more common 6.5J for a 15"?

Mine had Bridestone tyres fitted when it was new, they were great.

My 1996 Fourtrak wheels are showing some sign of age with some rust and paint ships so I was thinking of getting them rubbed down or shot blasted and painted or powder coated. I could rub down and hand paint myself with a few hours of spare time or it would cost about £60 a wheel to get powder coated by a pro.
