body lift

Hi,
trying to do some mods on my recently bought car, question - 2 inch body lifts, on suzuki sj they go on the outer ends of each spring, jusy seen on ebay a set of lifts that are clearley fitted on the inboard end of the spring, also says that there is no need for any mods to brakes hoses and the like, can anyone confirm please

many thanks

Phil

Longer shackles

at a guess i think you were looking at my mate daves longer shackles(www.bloodredoffroad.com) they are very good quality shackles that will not break - trust me, there mighty, any way this is a suspension lift component not a body lift component, the sj leaf springs are fitted with there spring hangers and shackles in reverse to the fourtrak, which is better because your approach angle is not hampered by longer shackles digging into the dirt which is an issue that sometimes comes up with trialling sj's you will see that several suzuki off road companys produce a reversal kit to rectify that so that the shackles always go behind the wheel and the hangers are just infront - a better combination, i think this is what you are getting at if not - sorry, the terminology is incorrect.
