clonking gearbox, YRV TURBO

My yrv turbo has stared making a funny clonking noise when it sometimes changes gears, it's hard to explain the noise and how and when it happens, usually it is when the gearbox is in auto it's just changed gear say for instance secound and you back of the throttle, it makes quite a load clonk noise, it is very noticable when you have the windows open. any ideas would be helpful ???

Have you checked the Gearbox oil level?

Hi,

When was the car last serviced? And have you checked the Gearbox oil level? There is a dip stick for it at the back right of the engine. Maybe it require s a refill? If it is worrying you a lot then get it to a garage for inspection, hopefully it is only the Gearbox oil that has become low. How many miles has your turbo done?

My Turbo started to do this going into top gear when pressing on, I asked the dealer to change the ATF at the next service and, fingers crossed, its not come back.
