leaking transfer box

hi all have replaced both oil seals on the output shafts on my transfer box on my fourtrak and still have an oil leak can anyone help!!!

Check the output shafts where the seals contact them, often a very small depression forms around them due to the seals wearing them, this is often too large for the seals to apply enough pressure to seal them.

if new seals then.....

You might find you have a warped/ misshapen box on the output shafts then or wear if its still leaking after fiting new seals either that or the new seals aint correct or fitted incorrectly - not mutch that can be wrong really, just needs inspection!!

thanks ill have a look at the weekend and see if i can sort the problem if its the seals its back to daihatsu 30 quid for two oil seals and thay don't do the job
