Speaker size for the 1998 Cuore+ ?

Hi,

I'm looking to replace the two front speakers in my Cuore+ Any idea what size will fit in the doors? Thanks!

from looking at my cuore it's got these rather pathetic looking pods which stick out from the door...

My guess is, if you can find another set of speakers which have the raised up pod type look (to move it away from the door), you'll only have to worry about depth of speaker and if the magnet can poke through the original hole in the door you could get away with it??

it's going to be the first thing I try and sort out!!! can't live without my music on work jouneys.
