Hi there, not sure whats going on with the steering but I get this odd problem. Most of the time the steering feels fine, but every now and again it feels like the power steering just switches off for a second or 2.
It just goes really heavy, then seems to kick back in.....anyone have any suggestions?
Power Steering.
Check the pully belt which could be worn or too loose and also the power steering oil level which could be low. If the problem occurs when under load, accelerating, then it is almost certainly the belt slipping.
