Help Tuk Tuk with 650 cc engine need manual model EF (hijet)?

I just purchased a Tuk Tuk imported from Thailand to the US. It keeps fouling plugs and I have no manual. I believe it is a EF model 650cc maybe called a hijet. Can someone direct me where to find a manual? Thanks Jeff
