Hi fro the land of OZ.Still having to find a permanent solution to this problem.Have to date repolished the cast steel cooler body,fitted a new o ring and applied sealant to the mating surfaces.Design is a groove in the diecast engine block for the o ring, with the cast steel cooler bolted against it. Any suggestions to improve the design, please?
