does somebody know where I can buy these shackles for my leaf spring model f75? I would like to mount 16" tires to get some more ground clearance!

Make them yourself or get a
Make them yourself or get a local fabricator to do them for you, it is only 8 pieces of flat strap with two holes drilled in each.
Forget 16" wheels, go for the 31" tyres instead, same lift and additional ground clearance and your speedo will still be within acceptable limits; you may find tyres rubbing the chassis so adjust the steering stops.
