There are 2 plastic lugs which prevent other cd's being inserted. My cd player was making a noise as if wanting to eject the stuck cd. By using 2 small screwdrivers you can push one of the lugs below the level of the cd and at the same time press the eject button. If one doesn't work try the other lug. This method works for me. Doesn't cure the problem but allows you to change cds.
