Forum:
got to the petrol station and pulled the fuel cap release lever but the cap failed to open.
Had to force it in the end. It seems little nodule that releases no longer moves.
Any ideas?

Don't worry fixed it myself. Turns out it's activated by a cable from the front. undid handbrake console and discovered it had slipped out (like a bicycle brake cable). Clipped it back and it all works fine.
