Insurance due in August?

Forum:

Wow, we have a stretching target to achieve this month – our guys will be doing all they can to sign you up if your renewal is due.

All the cars in your household qualify for the scheme and there are extra discounts if you bring more than one car to us.

We look forward to taking your call.

Okay.So if you are that

Okay.

So if you are that depesperate for our custom and loyalty, then where are you guys on this forum when it comes to answering questions?

I have been on other forums such as scoobynet.co.uk and because of the customer focus to their members and a person regulary being on hand to answer questions on the forum I am now a customer of theirs (Keith Michaels).

Example of what customer care is about:

I am sorry to say I dont think you deserve any custom on here if you cannot provide that same customer care to be frank Sad

I have asked time and time again the simple question: 'Do you cover Cars that have been modified?'. And silence... Sad Mine and a few members on here have modified cars, so whats the point of wasting time ringing up a company that cant answer this question? Sad

To succeed in any business you need a good customer focus, and Im afraid your company does not give this vibe Sad

Therefore my insurance isn't up in August and therefore I will be shopping around elsewhere and if the quote and service is good then I will be going elsewhere Sad

Just my 2 spence worth..... Smile
