On my 1998 terios, behind the thermostat there is an aluminium pipe that connects to heater hose and rad hose. The pipe then connects to the block which seems to be leaking a lot of water from the point where it enters the block.

My problem is the pipe looks just "banged in" with no sign of sealant and no bolts or anything and it will not budge. If i put too much pressure on it, i think it will break. Is there anyway to get this pipe out or has anyone else had this problem? I have a picture of it but not sure how to post it here. I can e-mail it if necessary.

Any help would be much appreciated as i have driven to spain and basically cant get back!
