Great, it's got the MAP sensor option!

"Intake Manifold Absolute Pressure"

Does it show a voltage readout on that setting?

Pressure

The reading is converted to Pressure in kPa. Tried to find the raw signal, but can't get the voltage. I can email the spreadsheet log for 2 runs that I datalogged if you want?

No worries, Do you know where the MAP sensor is located underbonnet? If so is there 3 wires coming from it?

Haven't had a chance to look yet

Might have to wait for the weekend to have some time to check this out...
Perhaps one of the other members know?

More than likely on the

More than likely on the bulkhead, It's got to have a vacuum/boost hose line going to it as well as 3 wires.

Cool thanks, yes after the intercooler is the Inlet Air Temperature sensor.

MAP sensor looks like it could well be the black 3 wire job that fits onto the side of throttle body. I've not seen one fitted direct to throttle body before but it's a sensible place as it saves having a externally fitted one with a hose going to it.

Very easy to test to see if it is the MAP sensor, With ignition on, one wire should be about 5volts (input) (pink i suspect), one is ground, and the other is voltage output, with ignition on but engine off at atmosperic pressure this should read about 2volts. When engine starts the output wire voltage will vary up and down depending on engine vaccuum/pressure)

Photo 1 shows what i imagine is the boost control solenoid. (on the left) Also looks like there is a idle up control valve (to increase idle speed when there is extra load on alternator, like headlights or cooling fan)

Middle one goes to intercooler so is probably just a pressure switch related to a dashboard boost light or similar (if it has one) Looks like the switch vents off back to the airbox.
