Help !! Interia bulb.

Owner of 1999 TDX Fourtrak.

The bulb has gone behind the heater control panel. How on earth do i get to it without dismantling the vehicle!??

Just pull the control knobs off and gently prise the facia off with two small screwdrivers, one at each end.

I have tried this but the facia does not seem to come away enough for me to get to what is obviously the bulb housing, the wires seem to short! Does the housing simply pull out from the facia if I give it a tug !?

I changed this bulb very recently..yeh the panel simply pulls away from the facia...but if I remember correctly I removed the connectors going to the bulb housing...BEFORE..pulling panel away from facia..replaced bulb..reconnected wiring..repositioned panel in facia.
