2006 Charade idle speed adjustment... help needed

Hi, new to the forum so first of all a big hello Smiling

My engine idle speed is too high, and I would like to adjust it in accordance with the data in the owners manual.

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the idle speed?

My wife's Charade SL also was idling quite high when we bought it, around 950-1000. When I replaced the air filter which was really dirty, the idling immediately went down. Have you taken a look?
