Fuel Leak

Hi,

I have a fuel leak on a fourtrak 1998 2.8

The fuel is appearing on the floor in the region of the filler cap. There is a small amount appearing each day.

Anyone any ideas where it is most likely to be coming from ?, it's not instantly obvious and if there are any places which are more likely it may save me spending ages looking Smiling

looks like it may be a fuel pipe

looks like it may be a steel fuel pipe - not too sure as there's deiel all over the underside - have cleaned it up and looking again tommorow. If it is could I cut out the bit that's leaking and replace it with some plastic fuel pipe and jubilee clips or will the whole pipe need replacing ?
