lower wishbone/anti-roll bar connecting pin/bolt

Hi everyone

I am hoping someone can help me with my Sportrak problem. When removing the front anti-roll bar to replace the bushes, the pin/bolt that connects the anti-roll bar to the lower wishbone sheared. Can anyone advise me if this pin/bolt is welded in place or is it something that can be removed?
