Hi, new to the forums and need some help. I have a 2002 terios which has developed a problem. The clutch pedal every now and again goes straight to the floor of its own accord, having made it imposible to get into/out of gear.
Only just got the car and unsure if it has a cable clutch or hydraulic? could it be the pressure plate?
Any advice will be greatfully received.

Ok, if I push the clutch pedal very lightly and keep pressure on it will travel to the floor, if I push my foot on it hard its fine

Hi Rob and thanks for your reply. The previous owner stated that 'the clutch hates to be ridden' At the end of the day theres noway the pedal should drop
Any ideas of the best place to get hold of a new slave cylinder.
