As and when they get any play in them, simply remove yout freewheeling hub to access the bearing. Adjust the nut until it has no slack then rebuild.
It is advisable to repack the bearing and hub with plenty of waterproof grease.

No not for wheel bearings as
No not for wheel bearings as it is predominantly for seizure prevention and has considerably less lubrication qualities.
Use a waterproof marine grease if possible, or a lithium based grease.
