HI DOES ANYBODY NO THE TORQUE SETTINGS FOR THE CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS PLEASE

117.7 +/- 9.8 Nm

From my F70, F75, F77 Service manual:

"Apply engine oil to the threaded portion and seating surface of each bolt"

"Tighten the cylinder head bolts progressively in the sequence as indicated by the illustration" - see link below.

Tightening torque:

117.7 +/- 9.8 Nm
12.0 +/- 1 kgfm

Foot pounds

To get foot pounds, multiply Nm by 0.738

Torque settings

I think possibly your Torque wrench may have Foot pounds and Newton metres indicated on the shaft adjuster. Well the two I have do, a 1/2" drive and 3/4" drive, but they are many years old. Take a look .
