overheating.and idle speed

Hello not having much luck with my second sportrak i have bought it is idling up and down and overheating when you take of the radiator cap you can hear the water making bubbling noises in the engine then the water come out over the radiator cap hole and then it goes back down again can someone please help

Im afraid to say it sounds like a blown head gasket, best to get a pressure test done on it to confirm the problem. Good Luck
