I know that an easy way of increasing ground clearence is to fit bigger tyres and from reading it looks like the biggest I can get without any mods is 31x10.5x15!
I checked the tyre size when i went to look at it the other day, its currently got 235x75x15,
so what i want to know is how much more ground clearence is acheived by fitting 31x10.5x15 tyers compared to 235x75x15 tyres?
Si

The 235x75x15 is
The 235x75x15 is approximately a 29 inch high tyre (technically slightly under) the exact size will vary a little dependant on the style of tyre and the manufacturer as the size written on the sidewall is rarely 100% accurate. So you will gain in the region of an inch clearance.
The imperial/metric sizes are as follows
31-10.50 - 15 is the equivelant to 255/75 r15 and 30-9.50-15 is the same as 235/75 r15 so yer approx 1 inch in itt.
Full of ideas but no time to do them!!
