Yrv Turbo ABS coming into play when breaking soflty

I replaced my discs and pads a few 1000 miles ago but every other day when breaking softly the ABS comes on with the lovely juddering noise, Has any one else come across this?

Sure it's not the EBD kicking in?

Have had the juddering before now but only when breaking heavily and put it down to the EBD (Emergency Braking Distribution). The worst thing that has happened to me before now is trying to brake and the car not stopping (This happened on a set of EBC greenstuffs), since now on DSPort Yellow stuff race pads and discs I don't get this sympton. Have you tried changing the brake fluid?.
