Delivery of Service Manuals

As many people in the UK are probably already aware, our Postal Workers are again threatening strikes. This includes some areas currently having walkouts and strikes already. This means that unable to determine when anyone who recently ordered a Service Manuals will have it arrive in the post. Terios Service Manual

I ordered a service manual a couple of weeks ago and have still not received it. I'm aware there have been postal strikes, but I'm getting regular mail, and several parcels on two to three days as standard Royal Mail delivery. Is there any chance you could shed some light on where my manual is?
